As a Customer Care & Administration Apprentice you will be working with our experienced customer care team to provide excellent service to residents of our new homes. Working within our Salford office you will play a key role in the growth of our business, ensuring high satisfaction with our clients.
You will receive the following training:
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.
Following completion of this apprenticeship you will be offered a Customer Care role.
The starting salary is £16,500 a year for 39 hours Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 4pm..
The apprenticeship will run for 1 Year.

Our art students have brought a splash of colour and creativity to Bury Hospice with a striking new mural celebrating the spirit of the local community. Painted by students from the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design, the mural features vibrant hydrangeas and iconic Manchester Bees, symbolising unity, resilience, and the six towns of Bury.
