Supporting your Learning
Outstanding Choice • Outstanding Success Rates
Bury College is working hard to help support students and their families.
Please click onto the brochure or link below for details regarding Bury College's Free Coaches, Bursaries, Scholarships and other ways in which the College is working to add value and support.
There are various financial support mechanisms available for students who are experiencing financial difficulty whilst studying at Bury College.
- 19 + Learner Support Funds
- 16-19 Bursaries
- Care to Learn (for young parents aged 16-19)
- Concessionary Bus Pass
- Bury College Scholarships - Sports and Community
Support can be used to supplement the costs of attending college, eg transport, college equipment, meals in college, books, trips, specialised kits and other course related costs.
There is also a limited amount of funding to support students aged 20+ with childcare costs.
All financial support is subject to eligibility criteria so we urge you to make contact with us in Student Services at the Millennium Centre to find out what you may be entitled to. Do not delay though as some funding is limited!
Please note, for full details regarding eligibility criteria, please contact Student Services on 0161 280 8421 or by email email@example.com
