|Course Title||Team Leading Level 2 Apprenticeship|
This apprenticeship is ideal for those who are taking their first managerial or supervisory role. You will acquire the necessary theory of team leading and gain the practical skills and experience necessary to lead, inspire and motivate a team to gain improved success and productivity. The content of the course covers: Mandatory units: Manage personal performance and development, Communicate work-related information, Lead and manage a team, Principles of team leading, Understand business. Optional units: Develop working relationships with colleagues, Chair and lead meetings, Store and retrieve information, Deliver customer service, Resolve customer service problems, Develop a presentation. This course will involve 20% of your time to be dedicated to off the job training. If you have ambitions to lead and manage a team then this apprenticeship will provide you with the motivation, problem solving and project management skills you need to further your career. The Level 2 qualification will develop your supervisory skills to support the organisations objectives through a wide range of functions.
Initial assessment and diagnostic testing on maths and English will take place prior to commencement of apprenticeship.
Diploma in Management Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Functional Skills are a vital part of your apprenticeship. They provide the essential knowledge, skills and understanding needed to operate confidently, effectively and independently. Functional skills are available at Level 1 and Level 2 and the level you will work towards will depend on the previous qualifications you have achieved, the results of an assessment prior to your apprenticeship and the requirements of the apprenticeship you are completing. If you have not already achieved Level 2 English and maths you must study for and take the tests for Level 2 English and maths and achieve Level 1 English and maths for Level 2 Apprenticeship.
As well as an initial an initial assessment to determine current learning level, the assessor will visit on a regular basis and support you with developing your electronic portfolio which consists of knowledge and competence units. At these meetings assessment methods will take place including; observations, discussions, question and answer sessions and regular performance reviews.
