Analysing the nature of the customer - The internal customer

Analysing the nature of the customer – The external customer

Evaluating approaches to quality management – benchmarking performance

Develop an improvement plan that is designed to meet and, if possible, exceed

customer requirements

Developing an practical improvement plan – benefits to the organisation via

employee engagement
