This particular module focuses on developing that understanding and offers

opportunities to explore approaches to personal Leadership development

Leadership styles and models

Understanding own leadership style – this will via be self-assessment and reflective


Leadership styles and Leadership behaviour – how to use Leadership styles to

engage teams and individuals

Skills and qualities – a personal review and SWOT analysis

Creating a personal development plan
