Overview of the Course

Want to get started in the customer service industry? This course will provide you with a basic understanding of the impact of customer service and will equip you with the necessary skills to work and support customer service delivery. The basic elements of how to deliver an excellent customer experience will be learned.

Who is this course aimed at?

This course will suit you if you are looking to work in the customer service industry but currently have no knowledge and experience. At this level you will develop your customer service knowledge.

Progression

These qualifications are generic to any industry in customer service and can lead to a variety of jobs including: • Customer service employee • Telephone call centre operator • Retail or leisure centre customer contact.

What are the entry requirements?

You will be asked to complete an initial assessment when you attend your enrolment.

2 weeks.

Dates

February: 7th, 8th and 14th, 15th March: 21st, 22ndand 28th, 29th May: 9th, 10th and 16th, 17th

Attendance

The course will run two days per week on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9.30am - 4.00pm.

Costs

The course is free however an eligibility criteria applies. The cost, if you don't meet the eligibility criteria is £185.
