In recent years, over £30 million has been invested in developing the College’s main Market Street campus.

The Millennium Centre
The Millennium Centre continues to attract students from Bury and surrounding areas, with unprecedented growth in the number of students studying AS/A Level subjects. The building provides a modern learning environment equipped with excellent studios, laboratories, IT suites, Learning Resource Centres and classrooms. Student facilities are also excellent with indoor and outdoor social areas.
The Beacon Centre
The Beacon Centre, provides first class facilities for Performance Arts, Humanities, Languages, Health and Social Care and Uniformed Services. It also accommodates the College's Centre of Vocational Excellence in Early Years Development and Childcare. A theatre, dance and rehearsal studios, together with a recording studio, language laboratory and coffee bar are situated here.
The Woodbury Centre
The Woodbury Centre, has seen major recent capital investment of over £10 million. Two hairdressing and three beauty salons have been developed creating a combined total of over one hundred industry standard work stations. Recent refurbishment of the centre has provided new facilities for the Guidance Centre and Reception with improved public access. Specialist facilities for the Management Skills and Business Services Centre of Vocational Excellence have been improved, including a new conference centre, seminar rooms and IT facilities.
The Prospects Centre
The Prospects Centre, is the Electrical Engineering centre of the College. It has specialist laboratories, workshops and IT suites to accommodate a wide range of technology based subjects. These include PC repair and maintenance, electronics, computer aided design (CAD) and papermaking, as well as business technologies such as e-commerce, multi-media, desk-top publishing, web design and IT.
New for 2009 - The Innovation Centre
The Innovation Centre supports students studying Engineering and Technology courses, including the new Diploma in Engineering. The building incorporates a fully-equipped Engineering Workshop, IT suites, Computer-Aided Design Studio and Classrooms equipped with the latest information and communications technologies.
The Aspire Centre
The Aspire Centre provides modern, air-conditioned sports facilities for students, including exercise and fitness studios with sprung floors. In addition, the building houses the College’s assessment centre for examinations and on-line testing, providing specialist facilities for examinations candidates.
The Construction Skills Centre
The Construction Skills Centre, which was opened in February 2008, is home to a growing number of students working toward their Foundation and Intermediate Construction Awards in Brickwork. The centre contains a traditional workshop with a state of the art classroom.
